Our History
This bold idea led to the founding of PropBurg in 2023 by group of professionals Arman Shai, Sahil Pawar, Ankita Mayekar, Zyan Gill & many young members. a seasoned real estate professional with over 6 years of experience working with some of India’s top developers—Shapoorji Pallonji, Rustomjee, Godrej, Lodha, and Adhiraj.
Having witnessed the industry from the inside, Arman saw the need for a more transparent, client-first approach. That vision became PropBurg, a company built on the belief that property buying, selling, and management should be seamless, honest, and brokerage-free.
From day one, PropBurg partnered exclusively with A-grade developers, offered zero brokerage, and gave clients the power to choose their preferred floor—a level of customization rarely seen in the market.
As PropBurg grew, so did its mission. Recognizing the unique needs of Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, we expanded our services to become trusted property managers and guardians of their assets. From buying and selling to leasing, renovating, and maintaining properties, we ensure everything is taken care of—even in our clients’ absence.
